   • While we strive to accommodate urgent printing requests, we encourage customers to plan their printing in advance. Despite our capability of offering same-day or next-day printing services, unforeseen circumstances may affect these timelines.

2. Unforeseen Circumstances:

   • It’s important to note that circumstances beyond our control, such as machine breakdowns, shortages of paper or ink, power cuts (load shedding), human errors, or other acts of nature (commonly referred to as ‘Acts of God’), may impact our ability to meet same-day or next-day printing deadlines.

3. Notification of Delays:

   • In the event of any delays due to the aforementioned reasons or any other unforeseen circumstances, we will make every effort to inform our customers promptly about the delay and provide an updated timeline for their printing order.

4. Flexibility and Cooperation:

   • We kindly request cooperation and understanding from our customers in such situations. While we strive to mitigate and resolve any issues promptly, some factors may be beyond our immediate control.

5. Refunds and Adjustments:

   • In cases where we are unable to meet the initially promised printing timeline due to unforeseen circumstances, we will work closely with our customers to find a suitable resolution, which may include adjusting the timeline or credits as deemed appropriate. We do not offer refunds when printing plates are made for the Job!!
